For at least a month there have been notices pretty much everywhere that it was going to be removed on the 1st of May...and it was.

They deleted the build pages pending a new policy on exactly how they're going to handle builds.
The old builds are being hosted by another site. http://www.pvxbuilds.com helps to post the right link |

If you mean the builds section on GuildWiki, that was wiped a few days ago. A new builds section will probably be added once GuildWiki comes up with some quality standards for build submissions, but until then you can use The Campfire forums here if you're looking for builds
